To help aid in the success of a great experience, I have two documents above that may be of interest to you. The first document is a, "What Should I Wear for My Portrait?", help guide. The other document is a model release form for you to print and fill out before the photo shoot. This form has a place to print your name as you would like it to appear on the CD-ROM for identification purposes. It also has a space for your e-mail address so I can notify you when your private link is ready for viewing.
