Located on the CD-ROM or DVD is a PDF document releasing the rights of the photos from the photographer. This PDF document will be one of the top menu buttons located on the CD-ROM or DVD and is labeled "Photo Release Form". This form gives the client unlimited access to utilize the images on the disc without restrictions. Print a copy of this document and present it when requested by the photofinishing department, or other third party company requesting proof of ownership.
